Waskesiu's New Water Treatment Plant

A new water treatment facility was completed in 1999-2000 to ensure the highest standards in water quality. These steps taken have helped to meet with the increasing demand for water in the community of Waskesiu.

The Waskesiu water tower was sanded and painted in the Spring of 2001 and along with 3 of 5 of the lift stations were upgraded in 2000/2001 .

A project to upgrade the water distribution system and sanitary sewer system was completed in the Spring of 2001
