Trailer Park Upgrades

To enhance our visitors' camping experience, Parks Canada made improvements to water and sewer facilities.

Reinvestment in PANP - Your Fees at Work

The park reinvests resources into services and facilities you enjoy during your stay in the park.

The past three years have seen investments in the following as well as other projects:
•Waskesiu Drive road construction

• Community Hall restoration

• Boardwalk replacement on Boundary Bog Trail and hand rail installation at Ice Push Ridge
• Launch facilities at the Main and Narrows marinas
• Picnic table, hibachi and campstove replacement
• Bike rack, playground equipment and soccer goal post installation
• Navigational buoy replacement
• Ski trail track setting equipment replacement

• Outhouse and bear cache ladder replacement in the backcountry
• Campsite electrification in Beaver Glen


Terrace Gardens (Assembly Hall) Restoration - Update

Parks Canada and the Waskesiu Foundation, Inc. are making improvements to the Terrace Gardens (Assembly Hall)

To build Waskesiu's brand, Parks Canada and partners developed a brand positioning statement. We are also developing tag lines and a logo to strengthen our brand. By building a strong brand, we will collectively be able to attract more year round visitors..
